Ketentuan & Syarat Booking Graduation
- 1. Konfirmasi booking maksimal H-1 wisuda dengan membayar Down Payment (DP) sebesar Rp 50.000.
- 2. Dengan dibayarnya DP, client dianggap telah menyetujui seluruh ketentuan dan persyaratan yang berlaku sesuai paket yang dibayarkan.
- 3. Client wajib datang tepat waktu sesuai jam yang disepakati. Jika terlambat, durasi sesi tetap dihitung dari jam yang disepakati tanpa dispensasi tambahan.
- 4. Jika client tidak dapat dihubungi pada jam yang disepakati, sesi akan diskip dan dapat di-reschedule di lain hari sesuai ketersediaan tim.
- 5. Tidak ada batasan jumlah foto dan anggota keluarga yang ikut berfoto. Khusus teman sesama wisudawan yang ingin solo photoshoot dalam durasi yang sama akan dikenakan charge Rp 125.000/orang.
- 6. Touch up akan dilayani oleh tim fotografer menggunakan peralatan makeup dari client sendiri untuk menjaga kebersihan dan menghindari kontaminasi.
- 7. Tim fotografer menyediakan tisu, kipas, kaca, dan payung yang akan dilayani oleh graduate assistant selama sesi berlangsung.
- 8. Link Google Drive file foto/video yang dikirimkan dapat diakses dan diunduh selama 1 bulan.
- 9. Estimasi penyelesaian link Google Drive full foto 1–2 hari kerja; sebelum itu akan dikirimkan 10 foto diedit terlebih dahulu untuk keperluan unggah story/feeds.
Biaya Tambahan & Pembatalan:
• Pindah lokasi sesi di sekitar area kampus: +Rp 50.000
• Pindah lokasi sesi dalam kota: +Rp 100.000
• Pembatalan sesi (Cancel) = DP hangus.
• Pindah lokasi sesi di sekitar area kampus: +Rp 50.000
